`POST /v1/ops/system/phone/thread`

Say something into the founder's system thread without a carrier — same seat, same thread.

The laptop's door to what a text to the system number does. The answer is
the run's `assistant_output`; read it at `/v1/teams/{team_id}/runs/{run_id}`.
