# Text Number

`POST /v1/ops/system/phone/texts`

Text a number from Stormy's line on the owner's attested consent — a real SMS.

## Headers

## Request body

- NumberTextBody — A text to a person who is not a Stormy account holder — on the owner's word. ``consent_quote`` is the estate owner's OWN words saying this person agreed to be texted. It is filed as owner-attested consent, labelled as such, never as the recipient's words.
