`GET /apps/{appId}/reviews/summary`

Review AI for one app in one storefront: a summary of the recent reviews and the themes in them — complaints, requests, praise — each with the reviews quoted as evidence. The same day and the same review batch return the stored summary at no allowance; a new summary uses one Review AI credit from the workspace's monthly allowance. Answers `state: "too_few"` with the count while there are too few reviews to summarise.

- `400`: A parameter is missing or malformed.
- `401`: No key, or the key is not valid.
- `402`: This month's credits are used up.
- `403`: The key's plan or scopes do not cover this call.
- `404`: No such app, or Storelift has not measured it yet.
- `429`: Too many requests.
