Where Apple shows the app today, per country: editorial cards (dedicated: true when the story is about this app, false when it sits in a collection), live and scheduled In-App Events, Apple's You Might Also Like shelf, and the dated history of featurings and new events. Leave country empty for every country the app tracks.
