# The newest on-chain corporate actions, with their transactions

`GET /api/actions.json`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://stocksonchain.io`
- URL: `https://stocksonchain.io/api/actions.json`
- Auth: none declared

The newest 24 real corporate actions, newest effective time first. Each row carries ticker, kind, at, chain, issuer, the multiplier before and after (from / to, full precision as read off the contract) and txHash IN FULL - truncate a hash for display only, never to compare or to store. New-listing rows are excluded: they record this site confirming a token exists, not something an issuer did, and they carry no transaction. An issuer oracle usually writes many tokens in one batch, so the newest rows often share an issuer, a chain and a timestamp; that is the shape of the data, not a chosen order. total says how many actions exist behind the window. Do not colour a change by direction and do not order these rows by size.

## Response `200`

Latest corporate actions.
