# Health check endpoint

`GET /health`

## Request

Liveness probe for load balancers and uptime monitors: checks that the database and
the cache answer. Public, so the body says only healthy or not — which dependency
failed, and why, is logged rather than returned.

## Response `200`

The database and cache are reachable.

  - `timestamp` string, date-time, required

## Other responses

- `503`: The database or the cache is unreachable.
