`GET /echo/questions/{id}`

  - `answer_time` string: 24-hour time in `HH:MM` format.
  - `answer_time_zone` string, required: IANA time zone name (the question creator's).
  - `next_answer_at` string, date-time, nullable, required
  - `paused_at` string, date-time, nullable, required
  - `created_at` string, date-time, required
  - `updated_at` string, date-time, required
  - `url` string, uri, required

## Other responses

- `304`: The resource has not changed since the version identified by the client's `If-None-Match` header. The body is empty.
