A page of the person's open action items.

- ActionItem[]
  - `id` string, uuid, required
  - `date` string, date, required
  - `description` string, required: Summary of the action to take, rendered as Markdown.
  - `url` string, uri, required
  - `links` object, required: Hypermedia affordances for taking action.
    - `edit` Link, required: A hypermedia affordance pointing at the API endpoint that performs an action. `method` and `href` are enough to make the request on their own; `operationId` references the OpenAPI operation describing the request and response bodies.
      - `method` 'get' | 'post' | 'put' | 'patch' | 'delete', required
      - `href` string, uri, required
      - `operationId` string, required
  - `completed_at` string, date-time, nullable, required
