# Scene Bundle Endpoint

`GET /api/v1/scenes/{scene_id}`

The data an agent needs to draw a scene, with a table twin, alt text, the licence line, typed absences and a hash anyone can recompute. The server renders nothing.

## Path parameters

- `scene_id` string, required

## Query parameters

- `vintage` string, nullable: ISO date of the data vintage; omit for the current one.
- `purpose` string: analytical (default) or promotional; a promotional use of a no-advertising licence is refused.

Successful Response

- SceneBundle: GET /api/v1/scenes/{scene_id} (#1711, Ireland builds slice): everything an agent needs to DRAW a figure, and nothing rendered. Built by data_lab/scene_bundle.build_bundle; the contract is in the ledger row wl:f207d7f02ea7 (docs/design/e-scene-endpoint-shape.md). `scene_hash` covers the data only (scene_id, scene_schema, vintage, rows).
