stadiums rows matching the declared filter set.

  - `has_more` boolean, required: True when a full page came back, so more rows can exist.
  - `limit` integer, required: Page size used for this response.
  - `next_from_id` integer, nullable, required: Pass this as `from_id` on the next request to page forward. `null` on the terminal page, and on a first page requested without `from_id` (that page uses the default sort): to walk every row, start with `from_id=0`.
  - `stadiums` NFLStadiums[], required
    - `address` string, nullable: Street address of the stadium.
    - `capacity` integer, nullable: Approximate seating capacity for football configuration.
    - `city` string, required
    - `closed_date` string, date-time, nullable: Date the stadium closed (null if currently in use).
    - `country` string, nullable
    - `description` string, nullable
    - `elevation` number, float, nullable: Elevation in feet above sea level
    - `id` integer, required: Primary Key
    - `image_url` string, nullable: URL to aerial/overview image of stadium
    - `latitude` number, float, nullable: Latitude of the stadium centroid (decimal degrees, WGS84).
    - `league_stadium_id` string, nullable: Official NFL stadium ID from API
    - `longitude` number, float, nullable: Longitude of the stadium centroid (decimal degrees, WGS84).
    - `name` string, required
    - `opened_date` string, date-time, nullable: Date the stadium opened for play.
    - `orientation` number, float, nullable: Field orientation in degrees (0-360). Direction end zones face, measured from south end zone. 0/360=North, 90=East, 180=South, 270=West
    - `roof_type` string, nullable: Roof type (e.g., `open`, `dome`, `retractable`).
    - `state` string, nullable
    - `surface` string, nullable: Playing surface type (e.g., `grass`, `FieldTurf`, `Astroturf`).
    - `team_name` string, nullable: Team commonly associated with this stadium at the time (display string, not a foreign key).
    - `timezone` string, nullable: IANA timezone (e.g., America/New_York)

## Other responses

- `400`: No declared filter set was satisfied by the request — see `accepted` in the body for the valid combinations.
