    - `is_opening` boolean, required: True if this is the opening line
    - `moneyline_away` integer, nullable: American odds for away team win
    - `moneyline_home` integer, nullable: American odds for home team win
    - `operator_id` integer, required: Operator id of the line, 6 Consensus (the market consensus). Every id is listed at /api/v1/reference/operators.
    - `over_odds` integer, nullable: American odds for over
    - `season_id` integer, required: Denormalized for efficient season-level queries
    - `source` string, required: Where the row came from: a live capture before kickoff, or the closing line of a Final game (`captured_at` is the kickoff).
    - `spread` number, double, nullable: Home team spread (e.g., -3.5 means home favored by 3.5)
    - `spread_away_odds` integer, nullable: American odds for away spread
    - `spread_home_odds` integer, nullable: American odds for home spread (e.g., -110)
    - `total` number, double, nullable: Combined score total line (e.g., 47.5)
    - `under_odds` integer, nullable: American odds for under
  - `has_more` boolean, required: True when a full page came back, so more rows can exist.
  - `limit` integer, required: Page size used for this response.
  - `next_from_id` integer, nullable, required: Pass this as `from_id` on the next request to page forward. `null` on the terminal page, and on a first page requested without `from_id` (that page uses the default sort): to walk every row, start with `from_id=0`.

## Other responses

- `400`: No declared filter set was satisfied by the request — see `accepted` in the body for the valid combinations.
