  - `end_date` string, date, nullable: Tenure end date. NULL = still active.
  - `id` integer, required: Primary Key
  - `is_assistant` boolean, required
  - `season_id` integer, required: First season of this tenure
  - `sort_sequence` integer, nullable
  - `start_date` string, date, required: Tenure start date (derived from season start)
  - `team_id` integer, required
