slate_players rows matching the declared filter set.

- DFSSlatePlayersListResponse
  - `has_more` boolean, required: True when a full page came back, so more rows can exist.
  - `limit` integer, required: Page size used for this response.
  - `mode` 'pre' | 'full', required: The time-wall mode that served these rows (`pre` or `full`).
  - `next_from_id` integer, nullable, required: Pass this as `from_id` on the next request to page forward. `null` on the terminal page, and on a first page requested without `from_id` (that page uses the default sort): to walk every row, start with `from_id=0`.
  - `slate_players` DFSSlatePlayers[], required
    - `avg_points` number, float, nullable: Average fantasy points from operator
    - `display_name` string, nullable: Full display name from operator
    - `export_id` string, nullable: Operator player ID used for CSV export/import
    - `external_id` string, nullable: Operator player identifier in this slate.

    - `id` integer, required: Primary Key
    - `injury_details` string, nullable: Injury body part/details
    - `injury_status` string, nullable: Injury status, lower case: il, o, q, d, p, dtd, na, ir, gtd (game-time decision), c19 (COVID-19 protocols, 2021-22 only). Empty when the operator listed the player as healthy.
    - `last_name` string, nullable: Player last name from operator
    - `league_id` integer, required: League key disambiguating player_id.
    - `player_id` integer, required: Polymorphic FK to {nfl, nba, mlb, nhl}.players based on league_id.
    - `position` string, required: Primary position label per operator (e.g., RB, WR, PG, SP).
    - `salary` integer, required: Operator-assigned DFS salary (whole dollars; e.g., 8400 = $8,400).
    - `slate_game_id` integer, required: FK to dfs.slate_games — the specific slate-game this player is rostered to.
    - `slate_id` integer, required: FK to dfs.slates.
