slate_games rows matching the declared filter set.

- DFSSlateGamesListResponse
  - `has_more` boolean, required: True when a full page came back, so more rows can exist.
  - `limit` integer, required: Page size used for this response.
  - `next_from_id` integer, nullable, required: Pass this as `from_id` on the next request to page forward. `null` on the terminal page, and on a first page requested without `from_id` (that page uses the default sort): to walk every row, start with `from_id=0`.
  - `slate_games` DFSSlateGames[], required
    - `data` object, nullable: Operator-provided game metadata (teams, matchup type, and start time).
      - `awayTeam` string, nullable: Away team code in slate context (e.g. DET).
      - `homeTeam` string, nullable: Home team code in slate context (e.g. KC).
      - `matchType` string, nullable: Match classification (regular season, playoff, etc.).
      - `operator` string, nullable: DFS operator name (draftkings, fanduel, yahoo).
      - `operatorGameId` string, nullable: Operator external game identifier.
      - `recordedAt` string, date-time, nullable: Ingest capture timestamp.
      - `source` string, nullable: Data ingest source identifier.
      - `sourceOrdinal` integer, nullable: Source precedence ranking.
      - `startTime` string, date-time, nullable: Scheduled game start timestamp.
      - `v` integer, nullable: Payload format schema version.
    - `external_id` string, nullable: Operator-side game identifier.
    - `game_id` integer, required: Polymorphic reference to {nfl,nba,mlb}.games based on league_id
    - `id` integer, required: Primary Key
    - `league_id` integer, required: League key disambiguating the polymorphic game_id (nfl/nba/mlb/nhl).
    - `slate_id` integer, required: FK to dfs.slates.

## Other responses

- `400`: No declared filter set was satisfied by the request — see `accepted` in the body for the valid combinations.
