The marquee contests: the contests the site's Contest Analysis page opens with one click, as one
rule picks them without looking at results (Frank 2026-10-18). Open to every caller, with or
without a key.

**NFL** (`league=nfl`, `season`, `week`; without them the current week): per operator the
week's main-slate contest (DraftKings: the Millionaire with the most entries; FanDuel: the
Sunday Million with the most entries; else the guaranteed contest with the biggest prize pool),
and each primetime night's DraftKings single-game contest (the guaranteed contest with the
biggest prize pool), `tnf` for a Wednesday or Thursday night and `mnf` for a Monday night.

**NBA** (`league=nba`, `from`, `to`, at most 14 nights; without them the current Monday to
Sunday week in US Eastern time): each night, per operator (DraftKings, FanDuel), the guaranteed
contest with an entry fee of $25 or less with the biggest prize pool, then the most entries (a
slate with no such contest: the same order over every fee), on the operator's main classic
slate. Satellites and qualifiers never count.

**Results.** The rule names a contest before lock, so an item can be listed with
`results_open` false: show its `lock`. Once the contest's lineup file exists, the first
`free_rows` (100) entries of its standings, and the lineups of every user with an entry in
them, are open to everyone in GET /api/v1/dfs/contests/{contest_id}/standings and
/users/{username}/lineups. Every entry needs DFS access. A contest of the archive (NFL before
2026, NBA before 2026-10-20, the preseason included) is named with `free` false.

Money is in cents, as stored: divide `prize_pool_cents` and `entry_fee_cents` by 100.
