Single contest_users row.

- DFSContestUsers: A contest entrant — one operator-side user who submitted at least one lineup. Identified by the operator's user id, not a statview account.
  - `external_id` string, required: Operator user ID
  - `id` integer, required: Primary Key
  - `name` string, nullable
  - `operator_id` integer, required

## Other responses

- `404`: Row not found.
