Single contest_payout_shapes row.

  - `min_cash` integer, required: Amount awarded on the last paying tier in cents (e.g. 1000 = $10.00).
  - `min_cash_multiple` number, double, required: min_cash / entry_fee. 2.0 on a double-up.
  - `paid_places` integer, required: max(max_position) — the number of paying positions.
  - `ticket_total` integer, required: Total ticket face value in cents.
  - `tier_count` integer, required: Number of tiers in the ladder.
  - `top_prize` integer, required: First place prize in cents (e.g. 2000000 = $20,000.00).
