Free teaser for the public-record intelligence dossier on any person or company. Returns the resolved identity in full plus a redacted manifest of the locked sections and an unlock block. Anonymous, rate-limited. Strictly public records. Unlock the full dossier via /api/v1/intel/lookup. Accepts the identifier as a GET query param or a POST body.
