Full public-record dossier on any person or company, resolving to person OR company: StartupHub data plus SEC EDGAR, IRS 990 (ProPublica), and more. Strictly public records: never private or dark-web data. Charges 10 credits. Accepts the identifier as a GET query param or a POST body. Bearer key required.

  - `query` string, required: Any identifier: name, company, domain, LinkedIn URL, or email.

## Response `200`

Full dossier with all sections (JSON).

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key.
- `402`: Out of intel credits for this plan.
