Newly registered names from NRD feeds, company registries, and GitHub orgs. Always sorted newest first (created_at desc). Pro Lite and higher. 1 db credit.

## Other responses

- `400`: invalid_apex: apex has no dot
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key
- `403`: Free tier; requires Pro Lite or higher
- `429`: Daily rate limit exceeded
