# Create a managed customer account

`POST /public/v2/managed/customers`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://starlink.com/api`
- URL: `https://starlink.com/api/public/v2/managed/customers`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Deprecated. Use POST /v2/managed/accounts to create a managed account instead.
This endpoint is only callable with an authorized provider account.

## Request body

- CreateManagedCustomerRequest
  - `firstName` string, required: First name.
  - `lastName` string, required: Last name.
  - `email` string, required: Email address.
  - `phone` string, required: Phone number.
  - `locale` string, required: ISO 639-1 language code.
  - `businessName` string, nullable: Business name only required for enterprise customers.
