## Request

Return a GeoJSON FeatureCollection of Shinkansen stations.

Each feature is a Point (WGS84). `properties.line_ids` lists every
`japan_rail_lines.id` that serves the station, so the FE can render
line-color chips alongside the station label without a second
request. The point geometry comes from PostGIS — keeping the
serialization on the DB side avoids float-precision drift.
