Car route from a base to a map spot: duration, distance, encoded polyline.

404s with a typed error when there is no drivable route (e.g. the spot is on
water or otherwise unreachable by car).

## Query parameters

- `from_lat` number, required: Origin latitude, decimal degrees
- `from_lon` number, required: Origin longitude, EAST-positive
- `to_lat` number, required: Destination latitude, decimal degrees
- `to_lon` number, required: Destination longitude, EAST-positive

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- DriveResponse: A driving route from the user's base to a spot on the map ("getting there from your base"), thin wrapper over the shared Google Routes client.

  - `distance_km` number, required
  - `polyline` string, required: Google encoded polyline of the route
