# Resume Stream

`GET /chats/{conversation_id}/stream`

Resume streaming for a conversation if stream is still active.

`?from={stream_message_id}:{entry_id}` serves the tail from a position the
reader previously published as a `data-stream-position` marker, instead of
replaying the turn from its first chunk. The offset is advisory: anything
unparseable, or belonging to a different stream, falls back to a full
replay. Clients that do not send it are served exactly as before.
