Qualitative inspection of blocked messages from PostHog events.

Uses `free_message_wall_hit` events rather than a dedicated table. The
event's properties carry blocked_message_text, blocked_source, and the
messages_sent_at_hit counter; `concluded_at` is derived from the user's
converted_at (no longer denormalized onto the event itself).
