# Delete a value list

`DELETE /v1/radar/value_lists/{value_list}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.stripe.com`
- URL: `https://api.stripe.com/v1/radar/value_lists/{value_list}`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP basic
  - HTTP bearer

Deletes a `ValueList` object, also deleting any items contained within the value list. To be deleted, a value list must not be referenced in any rules.

## Path parameters

- `value_list` string, required

## Response `200`

Successful response.

- DeletedRadarValueList
  - `deleted` true, required: Always true for a deleted object
  - `id` string, required: Unique identifier for the object.
  - `object` 'radar.value_list', required: String representing the object's type. Objects of the same type share the same value.

## Other responses

- `default`: Error response.
