`GET /v1/billing/meters/{id}/event_summaries`

Retrieve a list of billing meter event summaries.

    - `aggregated_value` number, required: Aggregated value of all the events within `start_time` (inclusive) and `end_time` (inclusive). The aggregation strategy is defined on meter via `default_aggregation`.
    - `end_time` integer, required: End timestamp for this event summary (exclusive). Must be aligned with minute boundaries.
    - `id` string, required: Unique identifier for the object.
    - `livemode` boolean, required: If the object exists in live mode, the value is `true`. If the object exists in test mode, the value is `false`.
    - `meter` string, required: The meter associated with this event summary.
    - `object` 'billing.meter_event_summary', required: String representing the object's type. Objects of the same type share the same value.
    - `start_time` integer, required: Start timestamp for this event summary (inclusive). Must be aligned with minute boundaries.
  - `has_more` boolean, required: True if this list has another page of items after this one that can be fetched.
  - `object` 'list', required: String representing the object's type. Objects of the same type share the same value. Always has the value `list`.
  - `url` string, required: The URL where this list can be accessed.
