# Resolve the phone number for a BSUID-only WhatsApp conversation

`PUT /chat/conversations/{conversation_id}/whatsapp-phone-number-resolution`

## Request

Records the consultant-verified phone number for a WhatsApp conversation whose sender hid their phone (a BSUID). Upserts the BSUID->phone mapping, audits it, and publishes the event that triggers the background resolution (which sets the phone on the conversation). The BSUID is derived server-side from the conversation; only the phone_number is accepted in the body. Returns the upserted BSUID->phone mapping.

## Other responses
