# Get a workspace

`GET /v1/workspaces/{workspace_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.stacksync.com`
- URL: `https://api.stacksync.com/v1/workspaces/{workspace_id}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

The workspace's name, the caller's role in it and its default region (where new resources go).

## Path parameters

- `workspace_id` integer, required

## Response `200`

OK

- Workspace: A workspace the caller can act in
  - `workspace_id` integer, required
  - `workspace_name` string, required
  - `role` 'viewer' | 'editor' | 'owner', required
  - `default_region` 'besg' | 'usnv', required

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request
- `403`: Forbidden
