# Historical Goldback price series

`GET /api/goldback-price-charts`

## Request

The Goldback series over a trailing window, derived from gold spot and the published premium multiple. Equivalent to `/api/metal-price-charts?metal=goldback`, kept as its own endpoint because it also carries the multiples it was derived from.

- `format` 'line' | 'ohlc'

## Response `200`

The Goldback series over the requested window.

- `400`: A parameter was missing or outside its accepted values. `type` is `missing-parameter` or `invalid-parameter`, and `detail` names the parameter.
- `500`: The request was well formed but could not be served. Retrying later may succeed.
