# Delete the account (confirm-gated, irreversible)

`DELETE /v1/me`

## Request

- Auth: one of:
  - API key in cookie `sd_session`
  - HTTP bearer

## Request body

- object
  - `confirm` string, required: Must exactly equal the account's nickname.

## Response `200`

Deleted.

- Deleted
  - `deleted` boolean

## Other responses

- `400`: Confirmation did not match the nickname.
- `401`: No valid session (cookie or Bearer token).
