# Sign out

`DELETE /platform_identity_api/auth/token`

## Request

Revokes the session family identified by a valid refresh or access cookie, then clears both cookies. No-cookie sign-out is idempotent. Returns HTTP 200 with an empty body. On a revocation failure, keep the cookies and retry sign-out; HTTP 500 returns Success=false and Message.
