# Retrieve withdrawal release settings

`GET /money/withdrawal_release_controls/{rail}`

Returns the release delay and first-destination cooloff for one withdrawal rail. Zero disables that setting. Requires `approval_controls_manage` or `transfers_approve` in enforced mode; in legacy mode, `permissions_manage` or `transfers_approve`.
