# List saved on-chain destinations

`GET /money/accounts/whitelist`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.stablesea.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.stablesea.com/money/accounts/whitelist`
- Auth: none declared

Lists the business's saved on-chain destinations. Set `customer_visible_only=true` to exclude platform-provisioned rails. Use a destination's `id` as `account_id` when submitting an on-chain withdrawal; its asset, network, address and memo are resolved from that saved account. Listing a destination does not guarantee withdrawal eligibility. Submission rechecks its current status, screening, network and financial controls. Use `next_cursor` as `cursor` to read the next page.

## Query parameters

- `limit` integer
- `cursor` string
- `customer_visible_only` boolean: List only the wallets the customer connected, excluding platform-provisioned rails. Defaults to false, which KEEPS them — the business SPA passes true.

## Response `200`

OK

- PageMoneyAccountsWhitelistedExternalAddressView
  - `data` MoneyAccountsWhitelistedExternalAddressView[], nullable, required
    - `added_by_stable_sea` boolean: True when a Stable Sea operator registered this wallet for the business; omitted when the business added it itself.
    - `address` string
    - `counterparty` string
    - `custodial_first_withdrawal` boolean: For a cash-home Ethereum USDC destination, true when no confirmed withdrawal from the current segregated wallet to this address is recorded. False when one is recorded; absent when not applicable or history is unavailable. A first withdrawal may be held for custodian verification. Submission still rechecks all withdrawal controls.
    - `explorer_url` string: Ready-to-open block-explorer URL for the address; absent when the rail has no explorer, in which case render the address as plain text.
    - `id` string
    - `memo_id` string
    - `name` string
    - `payment_rail` string
    - `status` 'enabled' | 'disabled'
    - `symbol` string
  - `has_more` boolean, required
  - `next_cursor` string, nullable, required
  - `total_count` integer, nullable
