# Download an executed envelope's document or certificate (business)

`GET /compliance/esign/envelopes/{id}/artifacts/{kind}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.stablesea.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

Returns the executed copy (executed_document) or the provider's completion certificate (provider_certificate) of one of the caller's business's executed envelopes, verified against the SHA-256 recorded when it was archived. An envelope that is not executed, another business's envelope, a missing artifact and a nonexistent id all answer the same 404 (document_not_found).
