# Delete a template by internal Spur template id

`DELETE /whatsapp/message/template/{id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.spurnow.com`
- URL: `https://api.spurnow.com/whatsapp/message/template/{id}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Deletes the template from Spur database and attempts Meta template deletion if a linked templateId exists.

## Path parameters

- `id` string, required

## Response `200`

Template deleted from Spur. If linked with Meta, provider response is returned when available.

  - `message` string, nullable

## Other responses

- `404`: Template or workspace not found.
