# Send multiple messages to different contacts

`POST /send-message/bulk`

## Request

Send multiple messages in a single API call. Each message in the array follows the same format as the single send-message endpoint.

## Important Notes
- All the same rules from the single message endpoint apply here
- **Specify options.from for each message** if you have multiple WhatsApp channels
- **All template variables are mandatory** - use fallback values like "User" if data is missing
- Messages are processed in sequence; failures in one message don't affect others

## Request body

- BulkSendMessageDto
  - `messages` SendMessageDto[], required: Array of messages to send
    - `to` string, required: For WhatsApp: phone number with country code, no spaces (e.g., "919876543210"), or a BSUID (e.g., "IN.abc123"), or a WhatsApp group as "group:<id>" (e.g., "group:123") using the group id from GET /v2/groups. For Instagram & Facebook: the Spur contact ID.
    - `channel` 'whatsapp' | 'instagram' | 'facebook', required: The messaging channel to use
    - `content` object, required: Message content following WhatsApp Cloud API format. See https://developers.facebook.com/docs/whatsapp/cloud-api/reference/messages for full specification.
    - `options` SendMessageOptionsDto
      - `from` string: ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Phone number to send from (with country code, no spaces). This field is CRITICAL when you have multiple WhatsApp channels connected. If not specified, the system will use the default channel which may not be the intended one. Always specify this to ensure messages are routed through the correct WhatsApp Business Account.
    - `deliveryBoost` boolean: Enable DeliveryBoost for marketing messages. When true (default), if a marketing message fails due to WhatsApp per-user limits (error 131049), it will be retried up to 12 times over the next 72 hours. Set to false to opt out.
