# Delete a comment

`DELETE /api/v1/comments/{id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://sprintflint.com`
- URL: `https://sprintflint.com/api/v1/comments/{id}`
- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Token`

Deletes a comment. Only the comment author can delete their own comments.

## Response `204`

comment deleted

## Other responses

- `403`: forbidden - not the comment author
- `404`: comment not found
