# Get designation list

`POST /v2/companies/{companyId}/designation-list`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns list of unique designations assigned to employees of the given company

## Request body

- ListDesignationsRequest: List designations request
  - `searchText` string: Search string entered by the user
  - `paginationParams` OffsetBasedPaginationRequestParams, required: Pagination parameters for requests.
    - `offset` integer: The starting index in the list from which results are returned. The value must be greater than or equal to 0.
    - `limit` integer: Maximum number of results to be fetched.

## Response `200`

OK

- ListDesignationsResponse: Response for list designations API.
  - `paginationParams` OffsetBasedPaginationResponseParams, required: Pagination parameters for response.
    - `totalNumResults` integer, required: Total number of results.
  - `designations` string[]: List of designation names.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Forbidden
- `404`: The specified resource was not found.
