# Starting Lineups - by Date

`GET /v3/nba/projections/{format}/StartingLineupsByDate/{date}`

## Request

This endpoint provides the projected & confirmed starting lineups for NBA games on a given date.

## Path parameters

- `format` 'JSON' | 'XML', required
- `date` string, required

## Response `200`

Success

- StartingLineups[]
  - `GameID` integer: The unique ID of the game associated with this lineup
  - `Season` integer: The NBA season of the game that the lineups is associated with
  - `SeasonType` integer: The type of season that this record corresponds to (1=Regular Season; 2=Preseason; 3=Postseason; 4=Offseason; 5=AllStar; 6=Exhibition).
  - `Day` string, nullable: The day of the game
  - `DateTime` string, nullable: Date and Time of Game
  - `Status` string, nullable: Indicates the game's status. Possible values include: Scheduled; InProgress; Final; F/OT; Suspended; Postponed; Delayed; Canceled; Forfeit; NotNecessary
  - `HomeTeamID` integer, nullable: The unique ID of the home team
  - `HomeTeam` string, nullable: The abbreviation [Key] of the home team
  - `AwayTeamID` integer, nullable: Unique ID of Away Team
  - `AwayTeam` string, nullable: The abbreviation [Key] of the away team
  - `HomeLineup` Lineup[]: The lineup (starters and bench players) of the home team in a given game
    - `PlayerID` integer: The player's unique PlayerID as assigned by SportsDataIO. Note: this ID will stay with the player throughout their entire career
    - `TeamID` integer: The unique ID of the team
    - `Team` string, nullable: The abbreviation [Key] of the team
    - `FirstName` string, nullable: The player's first name
    - `LastName` string, nullable: The player's last name
    - `Position` string, nullable: The player's primary position. Possible values: C; PF; PG; SF; SG
    - `Starting` boolean, nullable: Indicates whether this player is in the starting lineup or on the bench
    - `Confirmed` boolean, nullable: Indicated whether the 'Starting' field has been confirmed for a player
    - `LineupStatus` string, nullable: Indicates whether player is starting, active, or inactive
  - `AwayLineup` Lineup[]: The lineup (starters and bench players) of the away team in a given game
    - `PlayerID` integer: The player's unique PlayerID as assigned by SportsDataIO. Note: this ID will stay with the player throughout their entire career
    - `TeamID` integer: The unique ID of the team
