# Read a poll’s options

`GET /api/v1/polls`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://spoofy.social`
- URL: `https://spoofy.social/api/v1/polls`
- Auth: none required

The options of a poll on a public Telegram channel post or an X post, numbered from 1 — pick `answer_number` by name. `poll` is null when it cannot be read (send the number yourself).

## Query parameters

- `url` string, required

## Response `200`

The poll, or null.

      - `number` integer
      - `text` string

## Other responses

- `400`: Not a post we can read polls from.
- `429`: Slow down: too many requests in a short time. Wait `Retry-After` seconds and carry on.
