# Deposit methods

`GET /api/v1/deposits/methods`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://spoofy.social`
- URL: `https://spoofy.social/api/v1/deposits/methods`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in cookie `better-auth.session_token`

How to top up: one method per coin and network that is switched on, each with your own deposit address there (one address for every EVM network, another on Solana). Send any amount of that coin on that network: 1 coin = $1 of balance, added once the network confirms it. `walletConnectProjectId` is for the website’s wallet window.

      - `gas` string: The coin that pays the network fee.

    - `chain` object: The v1 shape of `network` (Solana: id 0).

    - `tokenAddress` string: The coin’s contract (EVM) or mint (Solana).
    - `decimals` integer: 6, except USDT and USDC on BNB Chain (18).
    - `address` string: Your own deposit address on this network: send any amount, any time. One address serves every EVM network; Solana has its own.
    - `treasury` string, nullable: Robinhood Chain only: the treasury `POST /deposits/claim` verifies (null when that is off). Prefer your own `address`: it is credited automatically, nothing to claim.
    - `minimum` string: Smallest top-up credited on this network; smaller ones add up until they reach it. USD as a decimal string.
    - `discountPct` number: 0 on every stablecoin.
    - `priceUsd` string, nullable: null: 1 coin = $1.
    - `confirmations` integer: Blocks a transfer waits for (Solana: finalized).
    - `wait` string: How long that usually takes, in words.
    - `note` string
  - `note` string: Only when there is no method.
  - `walletConnectProjectId` string, nullable

## Other responses

- `401`: No valid API key or session.
- `429`: Slow down: too many requests in a short time. Wait `Retry-After` seconds and carry on.
