# Get debt-shift opportunities

`GET /debt-shifts/opportunities`

## Request

List the cross-group debt shifts the authenticated user could propose, computed from live balances

Debt-shift opportunities retrieved successfully

    - `debtorDisplayName` string, required: Debtor's display name
    - `creditorId` string, required: User you owe; their claim would move to the debtor

    - `currency` string, required: Currency code
    - `amount` number, required: Maximum shiftable amount without flipping who owes whom in any pair
    - `targetGroupNames` string[], required: Group(s) holding the proposer's debt, where the debtor picks up the new debt
