# Get a subscription form to support placing a deposit order

**Get a pre-signed URL to download the subscription form for a deposit you are about to make, as a PDF.**

- Use this when you wire funds to the account's virtual IBAN, and your bank requires the subscription form to release the transfer. The wire is reconciled on arrival, so no order has to exist beforehand.
- The document restates the investor's details, the fund being subscribed to, and the wire instructions to fund the deposit. It is the document to forward to a bank, or to keep as a payment justification.
- Returns a pre-signed URL that can be used to download the document. The URL is valid for one hour.
- `locale` selects the language of the document and is required. The same account, share class, amount, currency and locale always resolve to the same stored file.

- `400`: The request did not match the expected schema
- `401`: Authentication failed. Two bodies are possible: the schema below when the API rejects the credentials, and `{ "error": { "code", "status", "request", "message" } }` when the API gateway rejects them first. Only the former carries a `_tag`.
- `403`: Forbidden
- `404`: NotFound
- `422`: The account has no virtual IBAN in the requested currency to receive this deposit
- `500`: InternalServerError
- `503`: The investor is undergoing a scheduled upgrade, access is temporarily paused to ensure data safety.
