`DELETE /v1/apps/{appId}`

Legacy alias of `/v1/projects/{projectId}`. Projects were previously called apps. Deletes a project and tears down its runtime resources.

- `400`: Invalid project ID
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Insufficient scope or viewer role cannot mutate projects
