Download authorization activity as CSV or JSON. Scoped to the authenticated user's agents only. Rate limited to 10 exports per hour.

## Query parameters

- `format` string, required: Export format: 'csv' or 'json'
- `start_date` string, date-time, nullable: ISO 8601 start datetime (inclusive)
- `end_date` string, date-time, nullable: ISO 8601 end datetime (inclusive)
- `agent_id` string, uuid, nullable: Filter by agent UUID
- `status` string, nullable: Filter by status
- `category` string, nullable: Filter by spending category
