# Reset active device

`DELETE /v2/teams/members/{email}/devices/{deviceUUID}/active`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.speedify.com`

- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `x-api-key`
  - HTTP basic

Reset the active session of a device. Self: admin or user. Other: admin only.

- `deviceUUID` string, required

- `401`: Invalid or missing API key
- `403`: Valid API key but insufficient permissions
- `404`: Member not found
