# Create a new spam report

`POST /spam_reports`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.spamcheck.ai/api/v1`
- URL: `https://api.spamcheck.ai/api/v1/spam_reports`
- Auth: API key in header `Api-Key`

Creates a spam report to flag false positives or false negatives. The result and desired_outcome must be different (e.g., result=true/desired_outcome=false for a false positive).

  - `ip` string
  - `email` string
  - `hashed_ip` string: Optional pre-hashed IP address for privacy-sensitive submissions.
  - `hashed_email` string: Optional pre-hashed email address for privacy-sensitive submissions.
  - `body` object, required
  - `result` boolean, required: The actual spam check result (true=spam, false=ham)
  - `desired_outcome` boolean, required: The desired outcome (true=spam, false=ham). Must be different from result.
  - `notes` string
