# Leave a team

`POST /v1/teams/{teamId}/leave`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Removes your own membership from the team. The last owner of a team must transfer ownership before leaving.

## Path parameters

- `teamId` string, required

## Response `204`

You left the team.
