# Join a team

`POST /v1/teams/{teamId}/join`

## Request

Adds you to a team as a member when one of your verified email addresses has a pending invitation to it or matches a company auto-enroll domain, or when you are an Automattician joining the main Automattic team. Joining a team you already belong to succeeds idempotently.
